Position Summary:

CEDA is seeking a self motivated, responsible Chemical Cleaning Supervisor for our Chemical Cleaning division. You will supervise, organize and motivate individuals to ensure successful completion of all day to day maintenance and other specialty projects on site. You will lead all aspects of customer service including the developing and maintaining positive customer relations. As a hands on leader, your role will be diversified and challenging. Travel and overtime are required for this position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

-Overseeing chemical cleaning projects.
-Completing the required paperwork for the projects.
-Operating chemical cleaning units.
-Supervising chemical cleaning personnel.
-Conversing with customers.
-Attend monthly safety meetings.
-Attend monthly supervisor meetings.
-Work with CEDA’s policies, procedures and safe work practices.

Role Specifications:

Minimum Qualifications

-Strong communications skills.
-Ability to read, write and speak English.
-Works well with others.
-Possess problem solving skills.
-Mechanically inclined.
-Class 3 License.
-Two years chemical cleaning experience.
-Produce a current drivers abstract.
-Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing is required.

Ideal Candidate

- Highly motivated and career oriented.
- Knowledge of CEDA related equipment such as skid pumps and chemical units.
- Experience with repair, maintenance and operation of diesel driven machinery.
- Experience supervising 4 or more people.
- Professional and positive approach.
- You demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to health and safety.
