This position will help champion CEDA’s HRIS System, Dynamic AX. This hands-on administrative and support role requires someone who can deliver great internal customer service, has exceptional interpersonal skills, can problem solve, plan, take initiative, and demonstrate attention to detail and ultimately provide and input timely accurate data.
|Key Duties and Responsibilities:|
·Serve as the primary point of contact for all CEDA employee related entry regarding set up and employment management within Dynamics AX.
·Manage requests through system generated process in relation to the HRIS and employee life cycle.
·Confirm and validate employee life cycle entry through the HRIS
·Respond to queries from employees and liaise with other departments, and collect proper documentation, etc. to ensure the employee record is maintained and updated as required.
·Ensure company information in the online program database is accurate and up to date. (Division numbers, addresses, contact information, Leaders in the Division, etc.)
·Manage employee database – add/remove employees from the database when they join/leave the company – validate through payroll reports.
·Run administrative monthly reports from within the online system (reporting on activity).
·Communicate with leaders and respective HR team members to ensure data flow is correct and aligned with process.
·Additional duties will be required which may overlap into new hire orientation data management, payroll and or new hire document management and submission.
·3+ years of related work experience,
·Experience working with and handling highly confidential information,
·Excellent computer skills – highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
·High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks in a professional manner,
·Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment,
·Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), and
·Certificate in Office Administration would be considered an asset
-Obtain a negative result on drug and alcohol test;
-Provide reasonable driver’s abstract (no more than 4 demerits and/or three moving violations in the last three years);
-Provide a reasonable criminal record history; and
-Provide three work related references.

-Well established organizational and time management skills
-Analytical ability, with a process improvement approach
-Self-starter and takes initiative
-Keen ability to pay attention to detail
-Ability to work within fast-paced, dynamic and changing priority environment
