Position Summary:
CEDA Environmental Fluids Solutions LP, a subsidiary of CEDA International Corporation, is currently seeking a self-motivated and customer focused Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator is the main point of contact for the coordination of Edmonton based projects. You will take the lead in ensuring a timely and cost effective implementation of project. Based out of our Edmonton office, this salaried position will report directly to the Director, Engineering and Projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating manpower and equipment requirements by evaluating and maximizing existing resources
- Ensuring completeness and quality of documentation for the project
- Ensuring that projects are setup and managed in accordance with company and client policies and procedures
- Providing leadership and expertise on overall project cost, schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership
- Presenting and explaining proposals, reports, and findings to clients
- Monitoring progress against project schedules and budgets; recommends allocation of resources as required to accomplish goals
- Ability to travel and flexibility in scheduling is required

Role Specifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) or Professional Engineer (P. Eng) (Mechanical, Electrical, Mining or Marine Technology)
- Previous experience in an engineering or industrial evironment an asset
- 0 - 5 years experience
- Versed in the MS Office Suite of products (Word, Excel)
- Experience using Primavera / MS Project and AutoCad or Solidworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ideal Candidate:
- Your prior experience with pumps, centrifuge systems or dredging and dewatering is an asset
- You have experience managing multiple large scale projects at a time
- You have the ability to prioritize and initiate innovative solutions
- You have demonstrated the ability to make decisions and solve problems, you analyze information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
- Your effective communication and interpersonal skills allow you to clearly and concisely present information to negotiate and influence others and professionally interact with clients, peers and field personnel
- You have the ability to manage your time effectively, enabling you to achieve tight timelines
- You possess an uncompromising commitment to health and safety
