3-D TECHNOLOGY

Cleaning pressures and volumes can be increased when using CEDA's 3-D technology, substantially decreasing cleaning time and leaving behind a higher quantity and quality of the cleaned product.

Another element of this type of cleaning allows the tool to hang from the supply hose using opposing jet technology. This eliminates the need for scaffolding the entire unit, allowing access to personnel to scrape or manually wash, a major time and cost savings. In most cases, the crew consist of only three individuals.

CEDA has a variety of 3-D nozzles available. The range of the nozzles are 50 gal/min, 35 gal/min at 20,000 psi and 100 gal/min at 10,000 psi.

CEDA 3-D heads deliver two high-velocity jets of water from a revolving/rotating head. They are rotated by the reaction energy of the high-pressure water stream. The jet nozzles rotate vertically while the body rotates horizontally. The combination of these movements results in 360° spherical cleaning coverage.

Rotational speed adjustment allows for proper impact time in a variety of work conditions. Various rotor assembly and arm lengths are available to match pressure flow and horsepower to user requirements.

Uses for the 3-D nozzles range from trayed tower cleaning and tank cleaning to removing coke in reactors. Successful cleaning has also been accomplished in a cyclone by removing wall coke.
