SHELL SIDE BUNDLE CLEANING

CEDA’s bundle blasting system is capable of cleaning bundles from 14 inches to more than 72 inches in diameter, and from a length of 4-40 ft. and weight up to 70,000 lbs. This unit can rotate the exchanger to ensure the tubes are cleaned at every angle.

The normal operating pressure is 10,000 psi @ 50 gpm. In some instances bundles require additional horse power to clean. Our system has been designed to handle up to 600 hp, or 10,000 psi @ 100 gpm, thus eliminating the time-consuming use of bundle saws. This system is unique because it has the ability to collect water and debris using a pump or vacuum truck as required. The bundle blaster is operated by only one operator, whom is completely enclosed in a sound proof, air-conditioned cab.
