VAPOUR PHASE CLEANING

Vapour phase cleaning is designed to expediate decontamination over traditional steam out methods while removing H2S, LEL’s, benzene, pyrophorics and process residue. This significantly reduces post cleaning requirements as well as traditional waste stream volumes. 

Vapour phase cleaning takes advantage of the fact that the vapour (steam) provides coverage to a much larger volume than liquid (water) on a kg / kg basis. This significantly reduces the volume of waste by a factor of 10 - 20 times. In most instances, waste handling can be managed utilizing existing process disposal methods.
