CONCRETE REPAIR

Concrete damage or deterioration from disintegration, cracks, leaks, wear, deflection, or settlement is caused by a combination of factors including faulty design, improper materials, substandard construction, service loads, service conditions and exposure conditions.

Understanding the causes allows the CEDA repair personnel to plan the appropriate repair and perform the services resulting in a successful, long-lasting repair. Chemical and polymer grouting, toppings and coatings are a few of the repair services available to restore structural integrity to your facility.

Chemical Water Stop Epoxy Injection and Joint Sealing

Using variable pressure injection processes and flexible urethane resins, CEDA technicians can waterproof concrete structures from inside or outside, either above or below the waterline.

These resins will seal random cracks, failed construction joints, cold pour joints, or honeycombed concrete within the structure.

Epoxy Injection

Concrete structures crack when they have been forced to absorb some form of overstressing. CEDA technicians can fill entire crack networks and help restore concrete integrity through injection of specially formulated, high-strength epoxy adhesives. After injection, stress loads are transferred across the new epoxy bonded areas.
