MECHANICAL SERVICES
On-line Leak Repair services will stop virtually any type of chemical and or process leaks on flanges, valve bonnets, valve packing, heat exchangers and pin holes in your piping systems at temperatures ranging from cryogenic to 930°C while your plant is operating.
Line Freezing services can be used for leak locating, hydrostatic testing, isolation for valve change out, piping alterations and decommissioning piping on a variety of piping materials from ½” through to 48”. The Gel Plug service can be used in conjunction with this service for the isolation of piping systems.
Pipeline services can provide an all inclusive turnkey package including, line fill/temporary pumping packages, hydrotest, tracking, gel plug, line freezing for leak locating, filtration for discharge of hydrotest water and engineering support. All of these services are supplied and supported in house.
Gel Plug service can provide temporary valve isolation and is also used for pipeline cleaning. The tractoring effect of the gel caused by the laminar flow, tends to entrap solid particles within the gel. Types of gel plugs available are water, hydrocarbon and methanol.
Boiler hot spot repair service is used to repair any hot areas on walls, burner areas, bulkheads, arches or roofs on boilers or furnaces while they are running. This service provides reduction in cold air infiltration, reduces heat loss and seals areas, preventing gases from escaping into the atmosphere.
Concrete Repair / Injection service includes concrete restoration, epoxy pressure injection, chemical water stop and joint sealing injections and can be done above or below the water line in most cases. Some applications are as follows: basements, columns, concrete tanks, cooling tower basins, floors, dams, tunnels, grain elevators, reservoirs, etc.
